Your shared mailbox is the main tool to contact your Group members as well as communicate with us; it is also a great way to keep information centralised, ensuring that all your Committee Members are up to date and have all the necessary information. You will be using this throughout the year, so it's really important you know how to access this.


The website's admin tools allow you to edit the way your Group's page looks on our website, giving basic information about what your Group is about, what activities you host and how to get in touch with you. It is also a great tool to advertise your events and activities if you're trying to reach out a wider audience.
