Purchase Requests

All online payment requests should follow this process:
  1. Treasurers must approve the expenditure before anyone makes a purchase. No purchases should be approved if you do not have enough funds in your group account.
  2. Using the Student Group Form, submit the direct links to the items you’d like us to purchase for you, and outline how many of those items you’d like us to get. The treasurer should check that all the expenses matches with your Society’s funds.
  3. Once the purchase is completed, we’ll send you an email with updates on your package. Once it arrives you’ll be able to pick this up from the RSU Reception.


Please note, we are not able to process purchase requests for:

  • Alcohol
  • Prizes or rewards
  • Items for individual members
