To book a room, please complete the form below. Please note, you need to submit your request at least 10 working days in advance.


Finding the perfect space for your society’s event doesn’t have to be stressful. Whether you need a Seminar Room, or a Cinema Room, we’ve got you covered!

Here’s How It Works:

  1. Complete your Risk Assessment: Ensure that your Risk Assessment covers your activity, and have it signed by us to make it valid. Please note, without a valid Risk Assessment, we won’t be able to process your request.
  2. Fill out the Form: Tell us what Room you need, what kind of activities you want to host, when you’re planning to host them and at what time. Don’t forget to attach your valid Risk Assessment and allow enough time to advertise your event.
  3. Get an update on your Request: Our team will notify you as soon as we have an update on your room.
